🌿 Welcome & Vision
At I Love Olalla, we believe that wellness should be simple, accessible, and rooted in community. The Health & Wellness Initiative is our way of supporting and celebrating that belief. It began with a monthly meeting series, and is growing into a broader effort to inspire small, healthy habits and meaningful connection throughout our town. Whether you're joining a class, attending a workshop, or just looking for inspiration, you're part of something that uplifts all of Olalla.
That’s why we created the Health & Wellness Series: a monthly gathering designed to support healthier, happier living through small, meaningful habits. Whether you're just starting out or continuing a lifelong journey toward wellness, these meetings offer encouragement, practical tools, and a chance to connect with others in a supportive space.
Led by Chopra-certified wellness coach Huguette Marsicano and longtime yoga teacher and coach Dee DeMars, the series is grounded in deep experience and genuine care for our community. Inspired by nature and the rhythm of the seasons, the meetings encourage us to move with intention, reconnect with ourselves, and grow one small step at a time—together. At the heart of it all is a belief in wellness as a joyful, empowering journey—one that can transform not just our health, but our whole way of living.

Each monthly meeting focuses on a specific theme related to personal well-being. Themes are approached from a holistic perspective and explored through:

Meetings are free and open to all. No prior experience or knowledge required—just curiosity and a willingness to explore new ideas.
After each meeting, we invite you to join us at the Olalla Bay Market for a casual gathering, good food, and connection with fellow community members.
