Introducing the Olalla Wellness Initiative

At I Love Olalla, we’re excited to announce the Olalla Wellness Initiative, a new initiative designed to make our community healthier—both physically and mentally. This collective is all about creating opportunities for connection, well-being, and growth right here in our small but vibrant town.


Led by a Deepak Chopra certified coach, this initiative brings together activities and resources to inspire healthier lifestyles, support mental health, and foster a stronger sense of community. From fitness and wellness workshops to educational programs and seasonal events, we’re committed to providing ways for everyone to get involved and thrive.

Our First Step: Yoga Classes at the Grange!


We’re thrilled to kick off the Olalla Wellness Collective with weekly yoga classes at the Olalla Grange, starting Sunday, January 12, at 3:30 PM. These classes are led by Dee deMars, a highly experienced yoga teacher with over 30 years of teaching experience. Open to all skill levels, these sessions are a wonderful way to improve flexibility, reduce stress, and start the new year with balance and intention.


Class Details:

  • When: Every Sunday, starting January 12, at 3:30 PM

  • Where: Olalla Grange

  • Cost: $20 suggested donation per class (drop-in)

Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, these sessions are designed to help you feel good in both body and mind.


Step 2: Monthly Health & Wellness Meetings at The Landing


Building on our commitment to well-being, we are excited to introduce the I Love Olalla Health & Wellness Series, a FREE monthly gathering (last Wednesday of each month) focused on making healthy living practical, achievable, and community-driven. Each session explores one small, impactful wellness habit, offering simple tools, interactive activities, and an opportunity to connect with others.

📍 Where: The Landing (next to Olalla Bay Market)

🎯 Theme: Joyful Movement – Tiny Steps to Make Movement Effortless

Moving more doesn’t have to mean intense workouts! In this session, we’ll explore simple ways to integrate movement into daily activities so that it feels natural, enjoyable, and effortless.

Join us for engaging discussions, practical takeaways, and a welcoming community as we take small steps toward a healthier Olalla!
